DELETION
Deleting your data.
Three separate requests, three different outcomes. You can disconnect a watch without losing anything, erase your health measurements without closing your account, or delete the account entirely. None of them requires a subscription, and the last two can be done without the app.
MISE À JOUR · September 8, 2026
1. Disconnect a watch
In the app: Profile ▸ Settings ▸ Watches and sensors, then Disconnect next to the manufacturer.
This revokes the authorization with that manufacturer, so nothing further arrives; deletes the daily health records that manufacturer provided; and leaves every other connection, your workouts and your account untouched. You can also revoke KARDIOO from your Garmin, COROS, Polar or Wahoo account settings, which has the same effect on our side the next time we are notified.
2. Erase your health measurements
In the app: Profile ▸ Settings ▸ Health data, then erase the stored measurements. Sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, blood oxygen and the other daily metrics are deleted, and the analyses built on them stop being calculated. Your account, workouts and connections stay as they are.
3. Delete your account
In the app: Profile ▸ Settings ▸ Delete my account. An active App Store subscription must be cancelled first, because the App Store keeps billing an account we no longer hold.
What happens, in this order: every watch connection is revoked at the source, so no manufacturer keeps delivering; all daily health and sleep records are erased outright; your profile is anonymized — name, email and photo are gone; the identity held by the sign-in provider is deleted; and your reference at Stridee, where a connection used it, is deleted with the connections it held. Your past workouts are kept in anonymized form, detached from your identity and visible to nobody, including you. The action cannot be undone.
4. Delete what a manufacturer sent
You can ask for the data one manufacturer provided to be deleted, without deleting your account and without touching the others. Write to amine.anseur1@gmail.com naming the manufacturer — Garmin, COROS, Polar, Wahoo or Zepp.
Everything that manufacturer provided is then deleted, including the workouts received from it and their activity files, within 48 hours, and we confirm the deletion in writing. The same 48-hour commitment applies to a request made by a manufacturer on your behalf or on their own account.
5. Your other rights
Access, correction, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent are exercised at the same address. The privacy policy sets out the grounds we rely on, the processors involved, and the supervisory authorities you may complain to.
